Fish Couscous

Couscous Diari with fish

Ingredients

  • 1 Kilo of Diari Couscous
  • 1 kilo of fish
  • 6 Green peppers (optional)
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of tomato concentrate
  • Paprika

Preparation

  • Clean the fish, season with the salt and the caraway 
  • In the couscous maker, put the oil, onion and green peppers and start cooking
  • Add paprika, garlic, cumin and tomato concentrate
  • Remove the green peppers once fried and add 1 liter of water

  • Moisten the couscous with a some water, oil and salt, put in the strainer of the couscous maker
  • Add the fish to the sauce with asome black pepper and continue cooking

  • Put the couscous in a container, drizzle with sauce and serve hot
